PAYMENT

Credit card MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money order, or Personal check.

These must be cleared through our bank before the order will be processed.

SECURITY

Koch's never sells your personal information and employs the most sophisticated methods to ensure that all of your vital information is absolutely secure while using our online catalog.

SHIPPING

We ship via UPS ground service. We must have a street address, please no PO Boxes.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours.

BACK ORDERS

Occasionally merchandise may be temporarily out of stock. Customers will be notified when this happens. You will then have the option to be issued a refund or wait until the part is available.

RETURNS

All merchandise must be returned within thirty days of receipt. Returns must be shipped prepaid with a copy of the original invoice. No returns on electrical or special order items.

GUARANTEE

Koch's strives to provide excellent customer service. All merchandise is of the highest quality available. Any defective merchandise may be exchanged, or we will refund your money. If you paid by credit card we will issue a credit back to the original card used. No exchange or credit given will be given for parts which were used or damaged due to improper installation or modification.
